Meet our doctor
Dr. Judy Outsa is board certified in foot surgery. Her special interests include diabetic limb salvage and forefoot reconstruction.
She graduated from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in 2001. She was awarded the Bernardo Mercado Sr. Surgical Scholarship Award.
She completed her surgical residency program at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, Connecticut.
She practiced in Lexington, KY from 2003 to 2012 and is now excited to be a part of the Louisville medical community.
